The Soltis Center open-access network has been started through collaborative efforts between Soltis Center staff, students from University of Costa Rica and Texas A&M University, Campbell Scientific and GW Scientific, and mission strategic planning guidance by the Texas A&M University Geology and Geophysics Advisory Council (GEODAC) - International Committee.
